I want to share my fitness journey and how it has changed me. My fitness journey began right after my first semester of college. I couldn’t even bear to look at myself in the mirror. I was struggling with my weight and my relationship with food. Those unwanted pounds took their toll on me. I looked in the mirror and knew it was time to change my lifestyle, along with my poor habits and choices.
This change took time, but I am grateful every day that I found a path to a happier, healthier me. My body was transforming, my mind felt at ease, and my confidence radiated again. Fitness is something bigger than just going to the gym. It’s so powerful and has ultimately made me who I am today. The days of tears, days of the scale not going down, and days where I felt like giving up, were all worth it. I kept pushing. I kept pushing because I had a goal. I had a mission to feel like myself again.

Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
I can adapt the plan so you can do it at home if you wish! All you need are some weights/dumbbells. You simply have to select “just at home” on the registration form.

To cancel your subscription you must email support@livjordanfitness.com with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
